Ensign offers a wide range of fixed position scanner hardware suitable for manufacturing and distribution automation applications. This technology delivers high accuracy, fast throughput reading and gives intelligent reconstruction of damaged or poor quality codes. Multiple interface options are available including Profibus, Devicenet and Ethernet.

2000 Series	Features
DS2100A	Excellent reading capabilities with ACB™ Advanced Code Builder, the Datalogic proprietary software able to decode partially damaged or normally unreadable codes due to a high tilt angle.
DS2200	Ultra compact laser scanner, with built-in decoder, 500 scans/sec, and reading distances from 50 to 220 mm. It combines long distance reading, high scanning speed and very compact dimensions with the new ACB™ Advance Code Builder.
DS2400N	The new laser reader takes advantage of Datalogic's experience in 1D bar code reading, satisfying the demanding application needs of the largest manufacturers worldwide. DS2400N provides greater profitability and productivity in the most common warehousing, shop floor and OEM applications.

Matrix (2D) Series
Matrix-2000	Autolearning function for quick installation and set-up without a PC, high dynamic reading performance, up to 60 frames/s (3600 frames/min), Ethernet configuration/data collection and DPM (Direct Part Marking) decoding capabilities.
2XX5	the new model of the Matrix-2000 offers a SXGA 1,3 MPixel sensor, wide field of view (FoV) and reads up to 100 codes in a single frame. The Matrix-2XX5MP has been improved to enable 96 vial rack reading in a single image acquisition, CD/DVD identification, WIP control / product traceability, or document and mail processing.
