Pricing Module

Future Store makes sure that the price is right every time, with its real time price change, price checking, shelf-edge labelling and price markdown module, complete with mobile printer support, so that a label can be issued there and then. The system is compatible with fixed or mobile printers.
 

Stock Locator Module

Staff can easily check stock in the store, order stock if necessary, or suggest an alternative store location where the item can be purchased, all without the need to leave the customer's side.  

Stock Transfer and Inventory Module

Stock can easily be transferred between stores with the Stock Transfers module. Future Store can even support Perpetual Inventory. With Future Store, it is possible to track inventory from the moment it arrives at the store to the moment it is sold.

Executive Information Module

Future Store offers a suite of management report options that clearly illustrate trends and enable key decisions to be made in a timely manner.

The Executive Information module allows you to make critical decisions based on real-time data. It ensures that your business doesn't suffer for the lack of pertinent information.

With Future Store you can be comfortable in the knowledge that your staff have the tools to perform accurate and efficient stock counts and gap checks (random or directed), quickly and easily. 

Future Store shows the operator the recent sales transactions for the item scanned, enabling an informed decision relating to when and how much to re-order (this process can be automated based on an algorithm, as required). Staff can easily and quickly receive stock at the store back door and, as soon as it is scanned, it can be made available for sale (a ticket can be generated at that point, if required). Future Store even records the condition of the delivery and checks what has been received against the purchase order for accuracy.

Customer Experience

Consumers in the 21st Century have come to demand self-empowerment. The Future Store system supports wireless customer 'Kiosks', deployed at strategic positions, to allow an item to be scanned and product and price information displayed. Furthermore, mobile scanners can be issued to shoppers and Future Store provides 'self-scanning' or 'gift registry' functionality.

With Future Store powered wireless scanners, at busy periods, it is simple to keep the flow of purchases going and the tills ringing with Future Store's Mobile POS and Queue-busting module.

If a customer asks a member of staff a question, as a powerful information access tool, Future Store can provide the answer in real time. It can even assist staff in up-selling and make helpful suggestions with regard to purchases.

For larger retailers, Future Store offers a home shopping module that provides support for stores staff to pick items from a shopping list.  POD functionality can be provided by the Ensign proof of delivery solution.
