To deliver sales leads by contacting existing and potential customers to inform them about our products and services. To support the field based team and to convert our current transactional customers into high value managed service partners and to help improve the experience of Ensigns clients.
PRIMARY FOCUS OF THE ROLE
The Desk Based Sales Executive is required to build relationships with new and existing clients to generate annuity business to support our ambitious growth plans. The DB Sales Exec’s key focus is about analysing the client’s current situation and business requirements through awareness, empathy and questioning. They will have the ability to influence clients to use the Ensign portfolio of solutions through articulating value add and building key relationships across the customers organisation. In exchange we will offer you all the support you need as part of a brilliant team alongside a roadmap to become a successful field sales consultant in an exciting industry. In conjunction the role will require a great deal of collaboration across the business to help deliver efficient processes to support a wider desk based function account management function.
As a Desk Based Sales Exec your role will be to develop a sales pipeline of annuity services and project margin from clients with which you will build key relationships and promote / sell Ensign portfolio of solutions
You will primarily be developing business from a number of unmanaged transactional accounts and new clients.
Principally to perform the role from the desk via unified communications tools
Managing and cleansing the database and ensuring CRM is kept up to date to drive marketing activities.
Working with Ensign national Account Managers, assisting in the delivery of revenue targets and high value opportunities.
The ability to learn multiple technologies and demonstrate the ability to articulate key messaging to stakeholders of varying levels of authority
Often acting as the voice of the Ensign brand, therefore critical to create a perception of positivity, excellence and professionalism.
